Cyprus Public Transport (2020)

Lever Gate served as the recruitment partner for Cyprus Public Transport, an international company based in Spain awarded key public transport contracts by the Cyprus government. We managed recruitment and TUPE services, conducting interviews and facilitating the seamless transition of over 600 employees to a new Cyprus-based entity. Lever Gate was also awarded the contract to manage ongoing payroll services for the new organization.

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) – Nicosia (2017)

For EBRD’s Annual Meeting held in Nicosia in 2017, Lever Gate handled full recruitment and payroll for over 120 temporary roles, including administrative, logistics, and meeting support staff. We were proud to support this global institution, which operates across more than 30 countries.

H&M – Nicosia (2016)

As the official recruitment partner for the launch of H&M in Cyprus, Lever Gate worked closely with the global fashion brand to staff their new store. From January to December 2016, we recruited 116 professionals including store managers, department heads, and visual merchandisers.

APR Energy – Libya (2013–2015)

Lever Gate supplied skilled personnel for APR Energy’s massive 450MW turnkey power project—one of the largest in the industry. Our team provided technical, operational, and safety staff across three sites, from commissioning to full operations.

Vasilikos LNG Plant Project (2014)

Lever Gate supported a major geological survey company subcontracting for Noble Energy by supplying drilling assistants, laborers, and paramedics for both onshore and offshore LNG plant development at the Vasilikos site.

VTT Vasiliko Ltd (2012–2017)

Lever Gate provided contract-based mechanical and electrical personnel for Cyprus’s largest oil refinery project, handling full recruitment and employment logistics.

Emergency Energy Supply – Moni & Dhekalia (2011–2012)

Following the Mari Naval Base explosion, Lever Gate was the primary recruitment and payroll provider for APR Energy and Energy International, helping Cyprus maintain emergency power supply. We deployed over 160 professionals across three sites supplying 200MW of electricity.

Desalination Plants – Moni & Vasilikos (2006–2012)

Lever Gate staffed multiple Cyprus Government desalination plants during construction, operation, and maintenance phases, delivering workforce and payroll services seamlessly.

Bouygues Batiment – Larnaca & Paphos Airports (2006–2009)

We supplied 65 permanent and over 250 contract staff for the construction of Cyprus’s two major airports, ensuring the project remained on schedule with high-quality personnel.
