Why us

Why Choose Us

Hands-on experience

We come from inside the industries we recruit for. We know what the role actually involves day to day — and what a job description tends to leave out.

Speed and efficiency

An established candidate network, ranked by our own tooling in minutes rather than read one CV at a time. Shortlists come back in days, not months.

Four names, not forty

Every candidate is ranked, interviewed and verified — languages and right to work included — before a single CV reaches your inbox.

How we work

You only pay if the hire stays

We carry the advertising, the screening and the risk. Our invoice comes after your new hire has completed one month — if they leave or it does not work out before then, you owe us nothing.

  1. 01

    You brief us

Send the job description and the detail that actually decides it — languages, shift pattern, budget, start date.

  2. 02

    We agree the fee

Priced per role, not off a rate card — seniority, language and volume all move the number. Agreed in writing before any work starts, and never a retainer.

  3. 03

    We advertise

We write, run and pay for the campaign across the channels your candidates actually use. That cost is ours, not yours.

  4. 04

    We screen

Every applicant is ranked against your brief, then interviewed by a consultant. Languages and right-to-work verified.

  5. 05

    You get a shortlist

Only candidates we would stand behind reach you. Usually four — never forty CVs to wade through.

  6. 06

    You hire

You interview, you choose, you make the offer. We support the offer stage and the first weeks.

The deal

One month, or no fee

We invoice only after your hire has been in the seat for a full month. If they resign or are let go inside that month, there is no charge. The risk sits with us — which is exactly why we will not send you someone we are unsure about.

Hiring eats your week

Writing the ad, sorting applications, chasing no-shows. That is days of your team's time on work that is not their job.

Adverts cost money

Job boards charge whether or not the role gets filled. We fund the campaign, so a slow month costs you nothing.

Most applicants do not fit

The screening is where the hours go. We do it, and only approved candidates ever reach your inbox.

Our network already exists

We are not starting from zero. The people you need are often already in our database, which is why we move faster than a cold search.

Before you ask

The questions we get most

What does it cost?

Priced per role rather than off a rate card — seniority, language and volume all move the number. The fee is agreed in writing before any work starts, and it is never a retainer.

What happens if the hire leaves?

You pay nothing. We invoice only after your hire has completed a full month. If they resign or are let go inside that month, there is no charge — the risk sits with us, which is why we will not send you someone we are unsure about.

How long does it take?

Shortlists come back in days, not months. We rank an established candidate network with our own tooling in minutes rather than reading one CV at a time, then a consultant interviews before anything reaches you.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. We write, run and pay for the advertising campaign ourselves, and we carry the screening. Job boards charge whether or not a role gets filled; a slow month costs you nothing.

Which sectors do you cover?

Forex, i-Gaming, FinTech, Hospitality, Corporate Services and Executive Search, across more than thirty countries and eighteen languages.

Can you handle work permits and relocation?

Yes. Permits, timelines and landings are part of the placement, not an afterthought — including the Cyprus paperwork for candidates arriving from outside the EU.
